  • Seasonal Impact offers flexible Health and Wellness benefits that allow you to prioritize what matters most to you. Each year, full-time year-round employees receive a single annual allotment, which can be allocated between our two spending accounts:

    myHSA (Health Spending Account):

    Use this portion of your yearly allotment for eligible health-related expenses such as medications, dentists, Alberta Blue Cross, or vision care.

    myWSA (Wellness Spending Account):

    Use this portion of your yearly allotment for wellness-related expenses, such as fitness memberships, mental health services, or other wellness activities.

    The amount you receive is flexible—you can choose how to divide your allotment between the two accounts based on your personal needs. Whether you want to invest more in health-related expenses or wellness activities.
